DOT Proposes Changes to Existing Privacy Act System of Records

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is proposing modifications to an existing system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974, adding a new purpose to provide users with investigation information and a routine use to publicly post investigation results.
