US Army Corps of Engineers and Bureau of Reclamation Correct Deadline for Public Comments on Upper Columbia Alternative Flood Control and Fish Operations Project

The US Army Corps of Engineers and the Bureau of Reclamation have issued a notice correcting the deadline for public comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Upper Columbia Alternative Flood Control and Fish Operations project, which affects the Libby and Hungry Horse Dams in Montana. The corrected due date for comments is January 3, 2006, following a 45-day period from the November 18, 2005, publication date of the EPA weekly notice.
