Notice of Delay in Processing of ATA Preemption Application

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is delaying its decision on American Trucking Associations, Inc.'s (ATA) application for preemption regarding the District of Columbia's restrictions on hazardous materials routing. This delay allows FMCSA to consider the issues raised by ATA's application.
