MSRB Grants Accelerated Approval for Proposed Rule Change to Extend Three-Hour Exception

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has granted accelerated approval for a proposed rule change to extend the expiration date of the three-hour exception under MSRB Rule G-14 RTRS Procedures, Paragraph (a)(ii)(C).
