EPA Grants Saturn Corporation's Petition to Delist Hazardous Waste from Lists

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Saturn Corporation's petition to exclude a specific hazardous waste, wastewater treatment plant sludge, from the lists of hazardous wastes due to its low risk to human health and the environment.
