VA Withdraws Proposed Rule on Total Disability Ratings Based on Substantially Gainful Employment

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) withdrew its proposed rule to amend its adjudication regulations and Schedule for Rating Disabilities regarding total disability ratings based on inability to engage in substantially gainful employment, which was published in the Federal Register on October 1, 2001.
