Notice of Availability for Draft Resource Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement for Arizona Strip, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, and Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and National Park Service (NPS) are making available a draft plan and environmental impact statement for managing approximately 3,322,960 acres of public land in Arizona, Utah, and Colorado, addressing issues such as access, wilderness, resource protection, and recreation management.
