USDA Terminates Marketing Order for Fresh Bartlett Pears Grown in Oregon and Washington

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has terminated Marketing Order No. 931, which regulated the marketing of fresh Bartlett pears grown in Oregon and Washington, due to the regulatory authority over these pears being transferred to Marketing Order No. 927 in 2005.
