USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service Exempts Pigeon Roost Creek Watershed Project from Environmental Impact Statement

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, a division of the US Department of Agriculture, has announced that it will not prepare an environmental impact statement for the Pigeon Roost Creek Watershed project in Jackson County, Kentucky, citing exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
