EPA Approves Alabama's Nitrogen Oxides Budget and Allowance Trading Program, Phase II

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Alabama's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and help meet the national ozone air quality standard, following a court decision on the NOx SIP Call Phase II regulation.
