EPA Extends Exemption for Laboratory Use of Ozone-Depleting Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the exemption for the production and import of class I ozone-depleting substances for laboratory and analytical uses until December 31, 2007, in line with recent agreements by the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
