U.S. Trade Agency Finds Chinese Diamond Sawblades Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. International Trade Commission has preliminarily determined that diamond sawblades and parts from China are being sold in the U.S. at below-market prices, potentially harming American manufacturers.
