EPA Proposes Partial Approval of Michigan State Implementation Plan Revisions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove revisions to Michigan's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which were submitted by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) in 2003 and 2004, affecting various emission limit and prohibition sections of Michigan's rules.
