U.S. Maritime Administration Requests Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) has received a request for a waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws, which would allow a vessel to be built outside the United States.
