EPA Finalizes 2006 Renewable Fuel Standard Regulations
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to clarify the 2006 default standard for renewable fuels under the Energy Policy Act of 2005, requiring 2.78% of gasoline sold in the US in 2006 to be renewable fuel.
