90-Day Comment Period on the Draft Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands Land Management Plan

The US Forest Service and the US Bureau of Land Management have opened a 90-day public comment period on the Draft Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands Land Management Plan, which was published on December 28, 2005, and includes an environmental assessment and a finding of no significant impact.
