EPA Announces Availability of Metaldehyde Risk Assessments and Opens Public Comment Period

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available its risk assessments and related documents for the pesticide metaldehyde, and is seeking public input on potential risk management strategies to address identified risks. The EPA is also conducting a modified, 4-phase public participation process to develop a Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED) for metaldehyde.
