Farm Credit Administration Publishes Final Rule to Reduce Regulatory Burden on Farm Credit System
The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) has published a final rule to reduce regulatory burden on the Farm Credit System by repealing or revising outdated and erroneous regulations, effective February 1, 2007, 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
