Farm Credit Administration Issues Final Rule on Priority of Claims for Farm Credit System Banks

The Farm Credit Administration has amended its priority of claims regulations to provide priority of claims rights to Farm Credit System banks that make payments under a reallocation agreement to holders of consolidated and System-wide obligations on behalf of a defaulting System bank, with payments to be made on a pro rata basis.
