FCA Publishes Final Rule on Priority of Claims for Farm Credit System Banks

The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) has issued a final rule amending its priority of claims regulations to provide priority of claims rights to Farm Credit System banks that make payments under a reallocation agreement for a defaulting bank, effective November 16, 2007.
