Nuclear Energy Institute Guidance on Emergency Preparedness Programs to be Endorsed by NRC

The NRC is proposing to endorse the Nuclear Energy Institute's guidance on enhancing emergency preparedness programs for hostile action, which was revised in November 2005, as an acceptable implementation methodology for licensees.
