Nuclear Regulatory Commission Eliminates Annual Financial Report Requirement for Certain Licensees

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has amended its regulations to exempt licensees who file financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) from submitting annual financial reports, including certified financial statements, to the Commission.
