Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Fee Schedules for FY 2006

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is increasing fee recovery for FY 2006 to approximately $625 million to cover 90% of its budget authority, as mandated by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990.
