EnergySolutions, LLC (formerly Envirocare of Utah, LLC) Exemption Modified by NRC Order

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an order modifying the exemption of EnergySolutions, LLC (formerly Envirocare of Utah, LLC) from certain regulations under 10 CFR Part 70, a set of federal rules governing nuclear waste management.
