Nuclear Regulatory Commission Confirms Effective Date for Revised NRC Form 7

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of June 27, 2006, for a direct final rule that amended regulations governing nuclear material and equipment export and import, and consolidated all license requests into a single application form, NRC Form 7.
