NRC Submits Revision Proposal for OMB Review of Financial Protection Requirements and Indemnity Agreements

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposal pertains to the collection of information related to financial protection requirements and indemnity agreements for reactor facilities and uranium enrichment facilities, and affects 91 licensees who will be required to report annually.
