Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Information Collection Review Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has submitted a revision proposal for information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 to the Office of Management and Budget for review, requiring nuclear power reactor licensees, research and test reactors, and materials applicants and licensees to report on possible non-routine emergency generic problems on occasion.
