Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act Collection for Review by Office of Management and Budget

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget, requiring Agreement States to report nuclear material events on a monthly basis or within 30 days of receipt from their licensees.
