Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Submits Proposal for Information Collection Review Under Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995

The NRC has submitted a revision proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The proposal requires NRC licensees, contractors, and certificate holders to complete a mandatory classification record form, NRC Form 790, on occasion.
