Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests OMB Review for Information Collection on Personal Qualification Statements for Nuclear Reactor Licensees

The NRC has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its information collection on personal qualification statements for nuclear reactor licensees, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking OMB approval to continue collecting this information, which is required on an occasional basis and every six years at renewal.
