FDIC Reaffirms Policy on Binding Arbitration

The FDIC has issued a statement of policy on binding arbitration, reaffirming its commitment to using alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve disputes in a timely and cost-efficient manner, in compliance with the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1996.
