Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Submits Proposal for Review of Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995

The NRC has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, requiring individuals and companies to submit a 'Duplication Request' form, NRC Form 171, on occasion, with an estimated 7,940 annual responses and 990 hours of completion time.
