Gulfstream Aerospace Limited Partnership (GALP) Model G150 Airplane to Feature Novel Windshield Coating Instead of Wipers

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes special conditions for the Gulfstream Aerospace Limited Partnership (GALP) Model G150 airplane, which will utilize a hydrophobic coating to maintain a clear windshield during precipitation conditions, rather than traditional windshield wipers, to address safety concerns not adequately addressed by existing airworthiness standards.
