FAA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Advisory Circular on Fatigue Evaluation for Part 23 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is extending the comment period for its proposed Advisory Circular 23-13A, which evaluates the fatigue, fail-safe, and damage tolerance of metallic structures for Part 23 airplanes, to allow companies and individuals sufficient time to submit their comments.
