FAA Announces Availability of Changes to Rotorcraft Certification Guidelines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has made changes to Advisory Circulars 27-1B and 29-2C, which outline certification requirements for normal and transport category rotorcraft, effective September 30, 1999, and will be included in the upcoming Change 2 update.
