Airworthiness Directives for Bell Helicopter Textron Model 212, 412, and 412EP Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive requiring inspections and replacements of reservoir assembly adapters on certain Bell Helicopter Textron model helicopters to prevent adapter ruptures and associated hazards.
