FAA Requests Comments on Rule Allowing Experienced Pilots to Train in Simulators

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comments on a proposed rule that would allow experienced pilots who are not medically eligible to hold a flight instructor or check airman medical certificate to train in simulators instead of performing actual flight instruction or check rides.
