Federal Aviation Administration Requests Comments on Renewal of Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Programs for Aviation Industry

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comments on the renewal of its approved information collection activity, which requires aviation employers to implement antidrug and alcohol misuse prevention programs and conduct testing of safety-sensitive employees, as outlined in 14 CFR part 121, Appendices I and J.
