FAA Proposes Airworthiness Directive for Boeing 757-200 and -300 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to issue an airworthiness directive (AD) for Boeing Model 757-200 and -300 series airplanes to address a potential safety issue with the air conditioning system's overhead distribution ducts. The proposed AD aims to prevent smoke and toxic fumes from entering the flight deck and main cabin during a smoke event.
