FAA to Consider Waiving Aeronautical Use Requirement for Surplus Property at Aiken Municipal Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a request from the City of Aiken to release approximately 94 acres of surplus property at the Aiken Municipal Airport from aeronautical use requirements, as allowed under Title 49, U.S.C. 47153(c).
