FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Boeing 777-200 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Boeing Model 777-200 series airplanes to prevent a potential fuel tank explosion caused by a lightning strike on the sump drain valve assembly.
