FAA Withdraws Environmental Impact Statement for San Antonio International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is withdrawing its plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for proposed projects at the San Antonio International Airport in Texas, citing a preliminary assessment of minimal environmental impacts, and instead, the City of San Antonio will prepare a Draft Environmental Assessment (DEA) for the use of Airport owned land and other airport improvement projects.
