FAA Supersedes Airworthiness Directive for Rolls-Royce Deutschland Tay 650-15 and 651-54 Turbofan Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is revising an existing airworthiness directive for Rolls-Royce Deutschland's Tay 650-15 and 651-54 turbofan engines to extend the compliance time for terminating actions and incorporate later revisions of service bulletins, in an effort to prevent uncontained failures of the high-pressure compressor stage 11/12 disc spacer.
