U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis Introduces New Survey for Financial Services Transactions with Foreign Persons

The Bureau of Economic Analysis, Department of Commerce, is amending regulations to set forth reporting requirements for the BE-185, Quarterly Survey of Financial Services Transactions Between U.S. Financial Services Providers and Foreign Persons, which will replace the BE-85 survey and begin collecting data on transactions with affiliated foreigners starting in 2007.
