GSA Amends Acquisition Regulation to Allow State and Local Governments to Purchase Products and Services Through Federal Supply Schedules for Disaster Recovery

The General Services Administration (GSA) is updating its Acquisition Regulation to enable state and local governments to utilize Federal Supply Schedules for purchasing essential items and services to aid in disaster recovery efforts following a major disaster, terrorism, or nuclear, biological, chemical, or radiological attack.
