GSA Cancels Record System Replaced by Excluded Parties List System
The General Services Administration (GSA) is cancelling a record system called Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and Nonprocurement Program (GSA/OAP-1) and replacing it with the new Excluded Parties List System (GSA/Govt-8), which went into effect on January 4, 2007.
