FAR Case 2006-012: Update to Contract Terms and Conditions for Commercial Items

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to update the required contract clauses in the Federal Acquisition Regulation for acquisitions of commercial items, in line with provisions of law and executive orders.
