Federal Acquisition Regulation to Review and Extend Termination Settlement Proposal Forms
The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend the use of Standard Forms 1435 through 1440 for termination settlement proposal forms, following a 2004 public comment period with no feedback, and with the current clearance set to expire on August 31, 2007.
