US Government Proposes Changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Sustainable Procurement
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the use of products containing recovered materials in government contracts, in line with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 and Executive Order 13101.
