FAR Case 2004-025: Government Property Management Simplified

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to simplify procedures and clarify language in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) related to the management and disposition of Government property in contractor possession, aiming to improve efficiency and protect the Government's interest.
